Grace Christian Reformed Church

Welcome:

We welcome you to our worship service!  This morning Gary Heyink & Len Prins will be installed as elders, and Mark Dieleman & Hetty Sluys will be installed as deacons.  Pastor William will lead us in worship.  May we be blessed as we worship together!  This evening our 6:30pm Combined Worship Service will be led by Grace CRC and located at First CRC

GRACE CHURCH VISION STATEMENT: As disciples of Christ our purpose is to encourage spiritual growth in ourselves, our family, and our church family so that we will be the presence of Christ to all the world around us in all we say and do.

Thought for the week:  “To be or not to be saved – that is the critical question.”

MORNING OFFERINGS:

June 5 - Vacation Bible School: The offering for Vacation Bible School will assist in the costs associated with organizing, running, and obtaining materials that will ensure another successful year of VBS.  Financial support is a crucial element that will assist in this very valuable outreach program for children.  Year after year the volunteer’s that run this program have made this a highlight for children throughout the community.  This is a unique opportunity for children to be made aware of God’s love during this exciting week.

June 12 – World Missions: Christian Reformed World Missions is a mission’s agency that helps CRC congregations to fulfill the Great Commission.  CRWM partners with nearly 1100 CRC congregations in North America.    Their goal is to proclaim the Gospel, promote healthy churches, and do their part in advancing God’s Kingdom.

Who We Are

We are called Christian because we confess, belong to, and follow Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord.

We are called Reformed because our history is rooted in the 16th century Protestant Reformation.  We continue to affirm the Reformation teachings of salvation by faith in Christ alone, and the Bible as the only rule of faith and conduct.

We are called Church because we are part of the universal family of God, through which our relationships to God, to each other, and the world are nurtured.

BULLETIN BOUQUET: Thank you to Wendy H and all the people who helped out with the Bike Rodeo last weekend.  This is a big project to undertake each year and we appreciate the work that goes in to this ministry to our neighbourhood around us.  T
